The RETRAX™ glides back and forth in a low-profile rail system made from high-strength tempered aluminum for years of rugged use. Rubber trim on the rails protects your paint and seals against the pickup. The rail system was engineered to provide a clean, finished look that transitions the RETRAX™ into the lines of your pickup for an unbeatable custom appearance.

Engineered Tough
The RETRAX™ pick up truck bed cover is manufactured from polycarbonate, a virtually indestructible thermoplastic commonly known as LEXAN®. This rigid, one piece sheet is engineered to retract without joints or hinges that can trap dust, wear out, or freeze. Polycarbonate has excellent impact resistance and is unaffected by sun, moisture, or temperatures from -50 to +230 deg.

When the RETRAX™ engineering team sat down to design the perfect roll top pickup bed cover they didn't leave out the installation process. They talked to dealers, installers, and pickup owners to help define the ideal installation - and they listened. The result? A clamp-on bed cover that can be installed by anyone with basic hand tools in less time than it takes to figure out the instructions for most other bed covers. No drilling, No swearing, No kidding.

The engineers at RETRAX™ developed a rigid retractable pickup bed cover that is engineered tough and engineered with style. Our engineering team is continuously developing new components for the RETRAX™ system to keep up with the everchanging truck models produced by the manufacturer's.

The RETRAX™ engineering team leads the way again with custom flared rails to match the contour of the Dodge truck side rails. The cab-end of the box measures over 3" wider than at the tailgate. The new RETRAX™ rails compensate for the difference in bed width. The rails cover the stake pockets, which provide a nice-looking transition from the truck bedrail to the RETRAX™ rail for a complete factory look.

An automotive grade weather-strip, designed for harsh outdoor use, seals the RETRAX™ truck bed cover on all sides to help keep water, snow, ice and dust out of your pickup bed and the moving parts of the pickup bed cover; the RETRAX™ tonneau cover seals nicely over the top of the tailgate. The automotive grade weather-strip seal incorporates a soft felt lining that will not freeze to the top of the truck bed cover, allowing a smooth sliding action even in ice and snow conditions. The RETRAX™ tonneau covers are manufactured in Grand Forks, ND; it has been engineered to withstand Mother Nature’s worst and offers dependable operation year-round.
