I received my Retrax in April of this year. It took two of us to get it all put together & lifted onto the rails of the bed - It was a lot easier to do than I had expected! Am VERY pleased with this product & highly recommend it. We have a travel trailer, this helps with the lack of storage in the trailer when we are going--coming from a trip--it's nice to be able to pull the cover over everything & know that it won't get wet. I shopped around on the web looking for the best tonneau cover for my 02 Sierra. I came across the Retrax sliding cover. I then set out to find a dealer that would ship to Canada and at a cheap price. That's when I came across JnJ. I'm sure glad I did because they offer the cheapest price and the best service. Jo Ann answered my emails promptly and Jon contacted me directly over the phone on the weekend about my order. It shipped out very fast and I received shortly after. The cover is the best I've ever seen and used. I have chrome rail caps on my truck so I had to remove the rear spacer bolts. It says in the instructions to not remove them but I had to fit the cover between the rails. This caused the cover to become unsquare. All I had to do was to was measure diagonally from the front to the back in each direction and make adjustments until they are exactly the same. This worked for me perfectly and now it slides with only one finger.

I purchased a bed cover for my '07 6.5' GMC short box pickup. I received a 5.8 cover instead. JnJ quickly sent me the correct cover and gave me an 800 number to call to arrange the return of the incorrect one. Assembly and installation was pretty simple, with two people. The electronic tailgate unlock was a bit of a challange, but I managed to insatall it and I'm certain it will be worth the effort! JnJ sells a great product, are VERY customer/service orientated, and I'd do business with them again.

They were very quick to send my Retrax cover, in fact they were the only online business able to send a cover for my 2007 Tundra in such short order. Unfortunately, a small clerical error had me receive an /06 cover. Installation was a breeze and this was the perfect solution for my truck, as I have a fifth wheel hitch in the bed, and the cover retracts out of the way when I'm towing. When I'm not towing, my hitch stays out of the elements, and I have a locking storage compartment as well. I wanted a BakFlip cover for my Honda Ridgeline. After comparing prices on the internet, I bought it from JnJ and could not have been more pleased with the experience. The price was the best I could find anywhere, and the service was great. I was given the pros and cons of the BakFlip vs. the Retrax, delivery information and a contact at the factory when I had questions regarding the installation. My only complaint is that the installation instructions are not specific to the Honda Ridgeline and there are some issues which are not addressed in the video or the install leaflet. This is why I had to speak to the designer of the cover at the factory and he straightened me out... Thanks to Jon and Jo Ann for the good service.

I purchased a Fold-A-Cover from JnJ just before Christmas. The price was very competitive and the workers were very responsive. They returned emails quickly and were very friendly and polite on the telephone. As to the product itself, the adhesive used to hold the piece on the tailgate is not strong enough for my spray on bed liner. Also, I purchased and installed my own piece of rubber gasket for the front of the bed for added water tightness. The product was easy to install and for the most part keeps my hockey equipment safe and dry in the back of my truck everday.

I received the cover this past Friday and installed it Saturday. Installation was relatively easy. The hardest part was adjusting the side to side play. I couldnt get it to an eighth of an inch as per the directions. I adjusted the white screws to their max and I was going to fabricate some shims when I realized the temperature may be affecting the cover. (It was cold) After it warmed up a little the cover expanded and all was perfect. It looks great and operates better, and my highway mpg went from 20 to 23!!

Well my 1.5 Hours turned into about 5 with my wife. I was sent the wrong size screw's for the sides and confirmed this with the manufacturer. A trip to our local Home Depot corrected that problem. Everything went find until I attempted the tracking adjustments. I ended up with the manufactor rep. on speaker phone for a good 45 min. However he was great guided me thru the adjustments and I got to Home plate. I have only had the unit one week so I cannot speak to endurance yet. I have owned 3 pickups and the Retrax cover is the third style of cover I have tried. The Retrax is head, shoulders and belly buttons better than any other cover I have used. Installation took me 45 minutes by myself. No futher adjustment has been necessary. It looks great and is very easy to operate. I also purchased the bed divider and had a few problems with it, but Jon went out of his way to make sure the problem was solved and and that I was satisfied. I did a bunch of research on a bed cover and ordered a RETRAX from JnJ. Their product and services were and are outstanding. I installed the unit on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma and made a modification to the standard installation to provide a means of using the Toyota Tie Downs. The modification required use of additional L brackets from RETRAX, JnJ assisted in providing the brackets from RETRAX. The additional brackets are installed in the Toyota channels on the bed rails. I purchased a set of additional channels from my local Toyota dealer and installed the additional channels which does allow me to use the Toyota Tie Downs. What more to say than Jon was a great marketer and provided me with nothing but great service. I have had many people ask about RETRAX bed covers. I can advise that it is the best and JnJ ENTERPRISES are the best.

After researching the rolling bed cover products available I chose the Retrax from JnJ. It was the only one I found that did not require removal of the Utilitrack system which I paid extra for in my Nissan Titan.

I completed the entire installation by myself in about an hour and a half. The job would have gone quicker, but I procrastinated and measured several times before drilling holes in the bed for the drain hoses and to mount the track. There's just something that makes you think twice about drilling into a new vehicle. The installation went very smoothly. The instructions were thorough and easy to follow.

While the Retrax is not designed to be 100% water tight I took the truck to a car wash right after completing installation. Upon driving out I opened the bed cover and discovered there was almost no water in the bed at all. Just a few drops by the tailgate.

I am very pleased with the looks and operation of my Retrax bed cover. I'll send a couple of photos before the weekend is through.

The retrax cover is fabulous! Great fit, easy to install, great looks, and easy to operate. My 06 Tacoma has a utility track high on the sidewalls of the bed, and the Retrax cover uses this to advantage. They provide a "nut" that slides into the track, and a bolt and spacer that screws in and holds down the cover. The fastening hardware was a perfect fit for my truck. I'll bet I can get the cover off in 5 minutes should the need ever arise.

And kudos to Jon for his constant communications during the ordering and shipping process, and his immediate assistance with an incorrect part that was shipped to me (an electric cover lock, accessory). Thanks again Jon.

I purchased a Retrax rolling cover for my 2005 Dodge Dakota in November of 2005. My son-in-law and I installed it with no problem in approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. The only thing that took a bit of time was adjusting the locking mechanism so that my wife could open it -- not really a problem, just a bit of trial and error. The only other issue that I had was the Pop n Lock for the tailgate did appear with the order -- when I went through all of the boxes, it wasn't to be found. I contacted JnJ and they sent me a new Pop n Lock with no questions asked. Now after approximately 2 months of winter with ice and snow, the only problem that I have had is it once froze shut due to freezing rain -- to be expected. As far as leakage, it isn't water tight, but I took it through a touchless, high pressure car wash and probably had a couple of ounces of water in the back near the tailgate. So far, it is working as advertised, and looks great. I will check back in after a year or so and let folks know how it has weathered.

I am VERY pleased with the Torza Top for my F250. Installation was an easy process. As I am a senior it is so much easier for me to put it in place especially in freezing weather. With it's rigid construction it remains firm in the wind and this should reduce the wear on the coated fabric. Frames are light and I can easily fold back the section and attach the straps to hold it in place behind the cab. Clamps are efficient and they hold the top firmly in place while still allowing easy access to attach or release. I strongly recommend Torza Top.

I recieved my Bedslide today as promised. Excellent product as advertised. Quality workmanship as well. The bedslide was very easy to install and took me about an hour. However there is one thing they didn't mention in the instructions. The bolt for the back mount was too long and had to be cutoff for the slide to work properly. I did have to cut the front pins as well,as they hit the back of the cab. Other than those two items the slide was great. Can't wait to use it for the first time. Wish I had bought it about a year ago. Excellent price as well. Locally they wanted $639.00 plus tax. I saved about $110.00 on the total price. Thanks again for the professionalism as well! I am the owner of a 2005 Chevy Colorado Crew Cab Z71 4X4, and I was looking for a rolling tonneau cover. I searched on the web and found a web site. They listed a Rollbak tonneau cover, but not for the Crew Cab model. After emailing letter after letter to the other web site, I finally received a response that it was not available for my truck. I did find JnJ ENTERPRISES and emailed them to see if they had the Rollbak tonneau cover. A hint for others - you can wire the dyna-lock to unlock in conjunction with the passenger door lock - this way it doesn't cycle every time you just unlock the driver's door - on my Ranger, I also found it easier to locate the door lock wiring as the fuse panel is in the passenger side kickpanel.

Hi all, I just wanted to say how well I was treated here. The Retrax I purchased arrived in perfect condition, quicker than promised (and expected too). The customer service is also tops, as I did not receive keys with the cover (I later found them)I e-mailed Jon & Jo Ann about my dilema and they promptly saw to it that I received another set, this was also followed up by an e-mail. I have to say that in this day and age it is getting harder to find a business that is there after the money has been paid. JnJ is definately one that is here now both before and after the money is spent. I will definately be back to purchase my next mod. for my truck.

I bought the Retrax for a 2004 Nissan Titan that was factory equipt with the Utilitrac system. You cannot use both together. You have to remove to side-rail tracks to fit Retrax on the bed. The cover is great, but probably not worth the trouble of losing the utilitrac option.

JnJ and RETRAX is a great combination! As a previous Pace Edwards owner I can testify that RETRAX is a generation better. No more constant appling protectant to keep it from fading and no more dirt sticking to the protectant and best of all no more aluminium lines across the vinyl after it has been rolled up. Don't even think of Pace Edwards or Roll-N-Lock. RETRAX is well worth the money.

I purchased a Retrax cover and Putco rails from JnJ for my 2004 Ranger. JnJ is great to do business with. Jon knows his products and will take the time to make sure you get the right product for your application. He stayed on top of my order from the beginning to end. I got my cover and rails delivered to theWest coast in one week and I quickly installed the rails and the cover. These products fully meet my expectations and the cover works perfectly and almost LOOKS perfect. It will look PERFECT too when I get replacement black plastic screw covers used on the canister cover.

Retrax sent the right quantity, but one got "lost". Would you believe "the dog ate it"? Well he did! A little beagle puppy that is quick to grab anything on the first bounce that hits the floor. I managed to salvage the bottom piece, but the cap is probably somewhere in ......well who cares anyway!!

There is no doubt in my mind that JnJ and Retrax will make sure that I get the replacement parts in short order. They couldn't stand for one of their products to be less than PERFECT.

JnJ will certainly be my first place to shop for any accessories I need in the future. GREAT service, prices and products. I highly recommend JnJ ENTERPRISES.

I bought a Fold-a-Cover, DynoLock Electric Tailgate lock, and a tailgate gasket for a 2004 Dodge RAM 1500 QC. The price and service from Jon were incredible. The option to direct deposit and COD on the Fold-a-Cover delivery saved even more cash. The entire experience was good from beginning to end. I have owned the Fold-a-Cover before, and I'll get another when the time comes for another truck. Installation was easier and cleaner than the last one (bought in '97). Did a lot of checking on line and found JnJ to be most helpful. Jon recommended the RETRAX unit for my 2004 Ford F150, extended cab, short bed due to the fact there were fewer parts in the RETRAX unit and therefore less chance for malfunction. I was very impressed with the packing of the RETRAX for shipment, very little chance of anything happening to it. From unpacking to the final closure, the installation took 1 1/2 hours with the help of my buddy. Jon had stated that the install was not difficult and he was right.

I just installed the Advance cover on my F150 Supercrew. The cover arrived in two days with all the parts. The installation went very easy. Only one suggestion, be ready to adjust the latch plates so you get a good seal. I found out just how well the bed stays dry. After cleaning up from hurricane Isabel I was pleasantly surprised to find no water in the bed of the truck. I'd recommend the product highly.

I purchased a Fold-a-Cover from JnJ. Jon and Jo Ann gave exceptional service. I first requested a quote. Then I placed an order and goofed (ordered the wrong item). Jon called me from a campground where they were relaxing to ask if I had changed my mind or if I made an error. I'm really glad he caught that! The cover was delivered two days after I placed my order. Installation was easy. It took me 4 hours to install it, but I had to make a trip to the store to buy some Locktight, and I did not work very hard. The finished item is great! I recommend Fold-A-Cover for it's ease of access to the entire truck bed and the fact it can be used with 3/4 of the bed open. I don't have any experience yet with rain, but every vendor I talked to stressed that NO bed cover is waterproof. I would recommend JnJ to anyone based on their service and price.

After lots of helpful conversation and honest opinion from the folks at JnJ, I recently purchased and installed a Retrax rolling bed cover from them for my '01 Toyota Tundra. I'll be honest- I bothered JnJ waaayyyy too much! They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and PATIENT! I heeded their advice and ordered my cover. I got the product amazingly quick. The price was excellent. Installation was a breeze and the cover is awesome! I live in the mid-atlantic region where our annual temperatures range from 100 degrees down to the teens. I was concerned that soft, vinyl covers would not hold up or function well throughout the year. (I've seen plenty on friend's trucks that look and function horribly- who wants to fight snaps with frozen fingers or fight velcro when the vinyl cover is a thousand degrees!?) The other sliding/folding/rolling hard covers I looked at had no bearings or bushings on contact surfaces. They had panels that slid in an aluminum track. Again, with the temperature extremes, I have no doubt they would have bound up in the summer and been sloppy in the winter. I didn't want to eat up valuable bed real-estate or live with the inconvenience of a hard cover since I often have big stuff in the bed. So, JnJ recommended the Retrax cover. They could not have been more on target! It looks and functions great. Although it does occupy a little bed space at the cab, it's less than a typical over rail tool box. The cover locks, so along with my tailgate lock, the Retrax cover provides solid security. The surface of the cover is polycarbonate (lexan) so it doesn't require any chemical treatments to protect it. It won't scratch or dent like aluminum. Wash and wax- just like the paint and you're good. It is well engineered, smooth and beautiful. I am VERY HAPPY with the Retrax cover and would highly recommend it and JnJ!

Just a quick note on what a nice experience I had ordering accessories for my wife's new 03 Dodge 2500 Ram. I had heard about JnJ from some search I did looking for tonneau covers. I decided to give Jon a call and talk to him about choices and he gave me his advice on what our needs were. It was nice talking to someone who actually had experience with the products I was interested in. After we had decided on the Retrax cover, I was talking to Jon about some other nerf bars and bed rails. He went out of his way to get prices for me on some items he doesn't normally deal with! As most know, getting parts on a new model year truck can be trying, but Jon kept me abreast on each item as the manufacturers were retooling on a couple of them. As for prices, I'm not one to spend hours looking for the very best deal on the web so I can't testify that his prices were the absolute lowest, however the few places I checked on each item, I felt very comfortable that if I wasn't getting "THE" best price - I darn sure was getting a very good one!!

While we have not met, I have come to know that you are a person of your words. My RETRAX did not come as I ordered since RETRAX manufacturer is no longer make bed cover for TACOMA doublebed. But you have followed up to make sure that I can get a substitude for ROLL-N-LOCK and work out to refund the difference since ROLL N LOCK is less expensive. I did not have to pay any freight charge to ship back wrong item. It took me longer than I thought to get my truck bed cover, but I am now happy enjoying my ROLL-N-LOCK. I installed the Pace Edwards Jackrabbit hard tonneau cover on my 2002 Dakota a week ago with no problems. This is one of the sleekest tonneau covers I've seen yet. JnJ was very helpful with tracking info and delivery was quick. I also added the Dyno-Electric Tailgate Lock and connected this to my alarm system. Now I have total lockout protection!
